We have a single price, $ 105 USD per person. Prices may change without prior notice or for an specific promotion.

What does my entrance to the park include?
The seven activities mentioned in the tour, and round transportation.

Is there an special price for children?
We do not have an special price for children. But we have an option for companions who do NOT want to do the underwater walk, $75 USD. To buy this package it is necessary to accompany someone who DOES the dive.

What is the minimum age to enjoy the activities of the park?
We do not have a minimum age to enter the park. However, the minimum height for activities is 90 cm.

How long is the activity?
It is a half-day activity and regularly lasts 4 to 5 hours from the pick up at your hotel to the return

Can I do all the activities on the same day?
Yes, in fact, the tour is designed for all attendees to enjoy all activities.

Can I give up one of my activities and receive a special price?
Yes, if you are going to accompany someone who is going to do the full tour you can choose the companion option, which offers the same tour options less the dive and has a cost of $ 75 USD.

Can I repeat the same activity once or several times?
This is not possible since the activities are carried out at different points, the whole group must be transported, making it impossible to wait for someone to do some activity twice.
Are there activities for my young children to enjoy while I dive?
We have support from our staff that can supervise your children during the time you are doing the underwater walk.

Are there any additional costs to consider?
You can enjoy all activities for only $ 105 USD, including transportation. Tips to staff are optional.

Can I bring my food or drinks to the tour?
No, it is forbidden to board the catamaran with any type of drinks or food. Back to the private beach, we have a shop where you can buy drinks and snacks at a cost. In addition to this we remind you that your tour includes drinks and snacks on board the catamaran.

Can I bring food for my baby?
Yes, the case of baby food is allowed on board of the boat.

What kind of snack is on board the catamaran?Totopos with dip, fresh seasonal fruit. A cheese sandwich or cheese with ham is offered.

What drinks does it include?
We offer sodas, water, beers, rum and mamajuana.

What time can I contact you?

What happens if I cannot attend my excursion?
You have the possibility to change the date 48 hours before your excursion. You can even cancel and receive 100% of the amount of your purchase, provided the cancellation is made 48 hours before the day of your excursion.

How can I know if my hotel is within the pick up points?Select the option to buy on our site, there you can find the list of hotels with available Pick up points.

What time will they pass by me?
The pick up time varies depending on the hotel where you are staying, once you select your hotel and travel date you will be assigned the Pick up time.

Pick-up times range between 7:00 and 9:00 am local time, depending on the location of your hotel.

What time will I be back at my hotel?
The park’s departure time is between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m., and depending on the hotel where you are staying the arrival time may vary between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

If my hotel is not on the pick-up list can you pick me up at another point?
If this point is within the Bávaro’s area, in that case it is necessary to specify in the notes when making your purchase that requires assistance to coordinate the Pick up and contact our customer service team.

If I make my purchase online when will I receive my tickets?
When making your purchase online you will receive a confirmation of the purchase automatically and within no more than 48 hours you will receive the confirmation of your purchase where you can count on your confirmation number. Do I need some kind of preparation to do the dive?No, it is as easy as walking and breathing normally. You can even do it if you can’t swim!

Do I need to know how to swim perfectly?
No, you can do the tour even without knowing how to swim. For the dive it only requires walking, during snorkeling activities you will wear a life jacket that will keep you afloat all the time. In addition the pools, even the natural ones have minimum depths, in which most people can stand without problem

What kind of wildlife will I find under the sea?
The fauna is very varied and depends on the season and sea conditions.

Do you have a bathroom area?
Yes, we have designated area for baths in the catamaran, we also have showers and baths section on the private beach where the tour begins and ends.

Can I take my camera?
Yes, but you can only use it in some points allowed inside the park. Not in all activities you can take your camera for security reasons.

Where is the Seaquarium located?
We are located within the Barceló complex.

Can I take my own car?
Yes, but you need to notify us in advance to process your entry permit.
