Excursions
A 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled program. For cancellations within 24 hours of the activity or no-shows, no refund will be issued unless a medical certificate is provided.

Photo Album
The purchase of any photo album cannot be canceled once the payment process is completed. Therefore, returns and refunds are not accepted for this purchase.
In case of any technical issues with the product download, you can write to info@seaquariumpuntacana.com for technical assistance. If the purchased product cannot be delivered due to a technical problem, the paid amount will be refunded.
CHANGE POLICIES
Excursions
Changes to the date, activity type, or hotel pick-up are allowed 48 hours before the scheduled reservation. These changes must be notified to info@seaquariumpuntacana.com, including reservation number, name, selected program, and reservation date.
Photo Album
Due to the nature of the product and considering that you have confirmed your appearance in the selected album, no changes are allowed once the payment has been completed.
