Can I participate in the excursion if I am pregnant?

Yes, pregnant women can participate in all activities except for the helmet diving experience. Therefore, we recommend the companion program for them.

Can minors participate in the excursion?

Children under 120 cm (3’11”) in height cannot participate in the helmet diving experience. However, they can enjoy all other activities. We recommend purchasing the companion ticket for them.

Can I bring my own snorkeling gear?

No, for safety reasons, the use of cameras is restricted during certain activities. We want you to focus on enjoying the experience to the fullest.

Is there Wi-Fi at the facilities?

We offer free Wi-Fi in some areas of the facilities for our guests to use.

My hotel is not on the list.
