Payment Policy

We accept online payments with Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX credit cards through our secure and certified connection. The charge will be in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at your country’s government exchange rate, in accordance with your country’s laws.

Product Delivery Policy

Photo Album

Once the purchase is complete, you will receive an email within the next 2 business days with a link to download your photo album. This email will be sent to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive the email containing the download link within 3 business days, please check your Spam folder, and if it is not there, you must contact us by sending an email to info@seaquariumpuntacana.com, including your order number.

Once you receive the download link, the file containing the album will remain available for 30 days. It is your responsibility to download the file within this 30-day period. After this time, the file will be deleted from our servers and will no longer be available.

The album consists of a digitally compressed .zip file, which contains the number of photos specified when you selected your album. You will need any standard decompression tool to extract this file before you can view your photos. Each photo is a separate .jpg file.

By purchasing the album, you confirm that you appear in the selected album. However, it is possible that the album may also include photos of other people.

The file size is approximately 50-100 Megabytes, depending on the number of photos included.

Make sure you have an Internet connection to download the file. The download time will depend on your internet bandwidth and connection quality.

Our customer service hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern US Time). Our response time is 48 business hours.

Excursions

Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive an email with your booking details.

Later, you will receive a second confirmation email, which you MUST PRINT as your ticket to use the transportation service and park entry.
